How to Place an Ad....

Submitting your ad: Please use the handy form on this page to submit your ad. If you are unable to submit your ad online, you may submit it by phone, Fax, or mail. However, we prefer online submissions. 

Payment Policy: Currently, we only accept payment by company or personal check. If you submit your ad online, or by phone or fax -- we will normally post your ad within 48 hours of its receipt. However, your payment must be received within 5 business days or your ad will be deleted. Ads sent by mail must be accompanied by payment.

Advertising Policy / Terms of Use....

Advertising Policy: We reserve the right to refuse to publish any advertisements, to correctly classify any advertisements and to delete any objectionable copy. Submission of an advertisement to Environmental "News Link" does not constitute a commitment by us to publish the advertisement.

We will not be liable for failure to publish an ad as requested or for more than one incorrect insertion of an advertisement. In the event of an error, or omission in the posting of an advertisement, our  liability shall be limited to an adjustment for the cost of the advertisement, with maximum liability being cancellation of the cost of the advertisement or republication of the correct advertisement. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for consequential damage of any kind.

Use of Classifieds Service: Users (you) agree that any correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the Environmental "News Link" Classifieds, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that Environmental "News Link" Classifieds shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers within our entire Classifieds.

There is no commission on classified advertising.
