How to Place a Job Listing....

Submitting your listing: Please use the handy form on this page to submit your listing. If you are unable to submit your listing online, you may submit it by phone, Fax, or mail. However, we prefer online submissions. 

Payment Policy: Currently, we only accept payment by company or personal check. If you submit your listing online, or by phone or fax -- we will normally post your listing within 48 hours of its receipt. However, your payment must be received within 5 business days or your listing will be deleted. Listings sent by mail must be accompanied by payment.

Advertising Policy: Advertisers (You) agree that any dealings with job listing respondents found on or through Environmental "News Link" Job Listings, are solely between you and such respondents. You agree that Environmental "News Link" shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings with respondents to your job listing advertisements.

We reserve the right to refuse to publish any job listing, to correctly classify any job listing and to delete any objectionable copy. Submission of a job listing to Environmental"News Link" does not constitute a commitment by us to publish the listing. 

We will not be liable for failure to publish a job listing as requested or for more than one incorrect insertion of a job listing. In the event of an error, or omission in the posting of a job listing, our liability shall be limited to an adjustment for the cost of the listing, with maximum liability being cancellation of the cost of the listing or republication of the correct listing. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for consequential damage of any kind.

Use of Job Listing Service: Users (You) agree that any dealings with Job Listing advertisers found on or through the Environmental "News Link" Job Listings, are solely between you and such advertisers. You agree that Environmental "News Link" shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers within our entire Job Listings.
